- Foundational Course (8 weeks)
Participants develop an understanding of the core values of holistic global citizenship and cultivate global sensitivity and responsible leadership competencies essential for food service management. This course enhances integrated practical management skills through sessions on ESG management, local brand strategy, AI-based marketing, food tech trends, and site visits to industry exhibitions.
- Advanced Course (8 weeks)
Designed for CEOs who have completed the foundational course, this course offers one-on-one customized consulting with professional experts. Participants develop tailored strategies for ESG-based management, organizational structure assessment, and brand marketing, all aligned with the specific goals and characteristics of their own businesses. Through workshops and hands-on application, the program supports a strategic leadership transformation that enhances both sustainability and competitiveness.
